Airport Hotel.

Meeting for a run on Tuesday evening April 17, 5.45pm
sharp at the main entrance to the Cork International
Airport Hotel.

The hotel have kindly agreed to provide changing
facilities. The run will be a series of 1.5 mile loops
inside the business park. Even though the roads will be
pretty quiet, high visibility jackets or vests are required.
The pace will be 8.30 to 9 minute per mile, do as many
loops as you want, we will be passing the hotel at the
end of each loop.
